Inspection procedure

Notice:

It is necessary to register an id code after replacing the tire pressure warning valve and transmitter and/or the tire pressure monitor ecu (see page tw-9).

Hint:

Set the tire pressure to the specified value.

Standard pressure: 220 kpa (2.2 Kgf/cm2, 32 psi)

  1. Read value of intelligent tester (registered id codes)

  1. Check the data list for proper functioning of the registered id codes.

Ok: the registered transmitter id codes are displayed on the intelligent tester screen.



  1. Perform registration (transmitter id)

  1. Register the transmitter ids for all the wheels (see page tw-9).
  2. Set the pressure of each tire to the specified value.

    Standard pressure: 220 kpa (2.2 Kgf/cm2, 32 psi)


  1. Read value of intelligent tester (tire pressure)

  1. Check the data list tire pressure value.

Ok: all tire pressure readings are equal to the actual tire pressure.

Notice:

It may take up to 1 minute to display the tire pressure data.
