Toyota RAV4 (XA40) 2013-2018 Service Manual: Installation
- Install accelerator pedal rod
- Install the accelerator pedal rod with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*Lbf)
- Connect the accelerator pedal position sensor connector.
- Connect cable to negative battery terminal

Drain the automatic transaxle fluid for u140f (see
page ax-147).
Drain the automatic transaxle fluid for u241e (see
page ax-146).
Remove front axle hub nut (see page ah-6)
Disconnect front speed sensor lh (see page
bc-191) ...
Replacement
Replace generator drive end frame bearing
Remove the 4 screws and bearing retainer.
Using sst and a hammer, tap out the bearing.
Sst 09950-60010 (09951-00250), 09950-70010

Using sst and a press, press in a new bearing.
