If the power steering ecu detects these dtcs, it will shut off the motor
relay circuit (built into the power
steering ecu) and stop power assist. However, power assist continues if dtc
c1533 is output.

Inspect day time running light relay
Remove the no. 2 Relay, no. 3 Relay and no. 4 Relay
from the engine room no. 2 Relay block.
Measure the resistance of the relays.
