Hint:
- Use the same procedures for the rh side and lh side.
- The procedures listed below are for the lh side.
- Install front door belt moulding assembly lh
- Attach the claws to install the belt moulding.
Hint:
Confirm that the moulding is firmly installed.
- Install outer rear view mirror assembly lh (see page mi-12)
- Install front door trim board subassembly lh (see page ed-33)
- Install front armrest base panel upper lh (see page ed-34)
- Install front door lower frame bracket garnish lh (see page ed-35)
- Connect cable to negative battery terminal
Removal

Use the same procedures for the rh side and lh side.

Disconnect cable from negative battery terminal

Installation
Install air conditioner unit assembly
Install the a/c unit with the bolt and nut.
Torque: 9.8 N*m (100 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*Lbf)
Install instrument panel reinforcement
Install the instrument panel reinforcement with the 6
bolts.
Torque: 20 n*m (204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*Lbf)
