- Install camshaft position sensor
Notice:
Make sure that the o-ring is not cracked or jammed when installing it.
- Apply a light coat of engine oil to the o-ring of the sensor.
- Install the sensor with the bolt.
Torque: 9.0 N*m (90 kgf*cm, 80 in.*Lbf)
- Connect the sensor connector.
- Install air cleaner cap (see page es-413)
- Connect cable to negative battery terminal
- Check for engine oil leakage
- Install no. 1 Engine cover (see page es-414)
Inspection
Inspect camshaft position sensor
Measure the resistance of the sensor.
Standard resistance
Notice:
Cold and hot mean the temperature of the coils
themselves. Cold is from -10 to 50 ...

Install ignition switch assembly
Install the ignition switch with the 2 screws.
Install the ignition key cylinder light connector.
Install the ignition switch connector.
Install steering column cover lower
Attach the 4 claws to install the steering column

Reassembly
Hint:
Use high-temperature grease to lubricate the bearings,
gears, return spring and steel ball when assembling the
starter.
Install planetary gear
Apply grease to the planetary gears and pin parts of
the planetary shaft.
Install the 3 planetary gears.
