- Inspect knock sensor
- Measure the resistance of the sensor.
Standard resistance 
If the result is not as specified, replace the knock sensor.

Install the sensor with the nut.

Disconnect the no. 1 Fan connector.
Connect the battery and ammeter to the no. 1 Fan
motor connector.
