Removal

  1. Disconnect cable from negative battery terminal

Caution:

Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.

  1. Remove console rear end panel (see page ip- 19)

  2. Remove center power outlet socket assembly

  1. Disconnect the connector.
  2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the power outlet.

Installation

  1. Install center power outlet socket assembly

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the voltage inverter
  2. Connect the connector.
  1. Install console rear end panel (see page ip- 27)

  2. Connect cable to negative battery terminal
